It's time to Pivot

Welcome to the new/old Heidi Kleine Coaching website. It's been a while and honestly, I've missed you. As I have been getting ready to start this conversation again, it has been challenging to decide where to start. 

  I recently attended a workshop led by Vend Raleigh and one of the speakers mentioned they had recently had a "pivot" in their business. 

​The word resonated with me. It gave me permission to take this step. In my mind, I was  thinking of this as a major transition, the sheer idea of which seemed overwhelming. I felt like to relaunch here meant ending things I love. But to pivot is to change directions while keeping one foot firmly planted. Somehow that seems much less daunting.

  Some of you know me from my original coaching practice, some from my work in ministry, and some from Worth it Woman. There is a part of me that loves to be in each of those places. As I pivot, I am seeing they each have their foundation in the same place. I can share the best of what I have learned in each, create something new, and be better in those places because of it.

  So welcome to the new blog. I look forward to sharing with you my thoughts on worth and wellness, ministry, coaching, and leadership.
