Level Up

I've been thinking a lot about the idea of Leveling Up this fall as I ponder the trajectory of my life and business. Many of you know my youngest daughter is a senior in High School this year. Next fall we will have an empty nest. What is that going to look like? What do I want out of this next phase of my life?

Sometimes we choose the next phase of life. Sometimes it just happens as time marches on. The one thing I am pretty sure about is that I want to begin focusing on some of my big dreams in this next season.

I have given a lot of myself in these years of raising four amazing young women. No regrets, but  definitely some curiosity about what I really want next. Often we get so caught up in the "doing" of life where we are that we lose site of the ideas, hopes, and dreams we have for the future.
 
So welcome to the beginning of the next level for my coaching. One of my coaches likes to say "Your clients want the evolution of you." My coaching began at the gym talking with clients about fitness and weight loss goals. It quickly evolved as I realized how often I was talking to women about their challenges to feel worthy. Another pivot occurred as I began to share more of my vocational experiences in ministry. My training in coaching, leadership, and discipleship all began to blend together. I'm excited to see where this next evolution will lead and I look forward to partnering with you on the journey.
