Heidi has been my coach for the last several months. She’s a great listener and is able to get below the surface of what I’m thinking and feeling. I wasn’t sure about how effective conversations on the phone would be. To my surprise I’ve found them to be very meaningful. It seems that we're both more focused on the phone. At the beginning of the call, Heidi checks in with me to see what I want to focus on in our conversation which gives me a lot of flexibly to bring up whatever is most pressing.
